Re-paint Wrought Iron Fencing From Hail Impacts?

Pictured is hail splatter that has affected the paint on wrought iron fencing.  Although the hail splatter is faint it is still not in a pre-loss condition.  Should the insurance carrier have to pay the expense to re-paint hundreds of feet of fencing at a cost of thousands of dollars due to hail splatter on paint?  After all like hail splatter on roof shingles - eventually it will rot away.

Answer this poll below

The insurance carrier should pay to re-paint the wrought iron fencing
The insurance carrier should pay to sand and re-paint the wrought iron fencing
The insurance carrier owes nothing - eventually the hail splatter will rot away with the paint. In 5 years nobody will notice and so nothing should be owed.
Quick! Check the insureds insurance application to see if they potentially misrepresented anything - then deny the whole claim!
