KoolDeck Pool Deck Surfacing and Vinyl Control Joints Damaged By Hail - Or Wear And Tear?


 

The insurance carrier admitted liability for the severely hail damaged vinyl control joints in this KoolDeck system.  However it was too much for the insurer to believe that the dozens of chips in the KoolDeck surface resulted from hail as well.
